It looks like OnePlus to be the first company to offer its users the Android 8.0 Oreo update. As per the report, some of the OnePlus 3 users already received the update while it will soon follow other OnePlus devices such as OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 5. But this is applicable for the closed beta group only and if everything goes as the plan, then the Public beta will soon reach by the end of this September.

This company is already known and been praised for their neat and clean near stock software which makes it easy to push any update and this makes them stand out in the crowd easily.

OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 5 users too will get the update soon. It sounds a bit strange that the older device got the update before the newer devices OnePlus 3T and 5. However, users are really enjoying the new update at their best.

If everything goes well and the public beta arrives by the last of this month, then expect to get the stable version of the Android 8.0 Oreo to all the three mentioned OnePlus devices by October or November.

The Android OS is not the home OS of the OnePlus device and those are being shipped initially with their own OxygenOS which is easy and quick to update. This is a strong reason why this brand is loved by many.

So, it seems among all other Smartphone manufacturers, OnePlus is really serious about this Android 8.0 Oreo update and working dedicatedly to allow their users to enjoy the new update soon than others.  The update is around 800MB so ensure to keep that amount of free storage to get the update if you are a OnePlus 3, 3T or 5 users.
