Emirates has announced that they will start offering seaweed-infused pajamas to their first class passengers. The pajamas are intended to combat the dreaded dry skin that tends to go along with flying, and the company says that they are “the world’s first moisturizing loungewear designed for an airline.”
The fabric that the pajamas are made with is treated with seaweed capsules that release as the wearer moves around. The seaweed is thought to be a natural moisturizer, and there’s enough in the pajamas to survive ten washes.
They will also be offering seaweed infused skincare products from Bulgari, as well as blankets that feel like sheepskin, eye masks, and slippers. They also have an onboard shower spa so that passengers can get refreshed and ready for the day before they exit the plane.
