Game franchises like Tekken are an absolutely cult classic, and it is the latest game that has been scheduled for PS and Xbox Platforms in 2017. Tekken 7 was released in Japan in Arcade Version only in 2015, and due to the limited market, it did not hit the huge success it was anticipated.
Players who have been looking forward to this classic game have been demanding wider platforms for the game.
One of the major reasons why Bandai Namco’s game has been a huge hit since the start is because the game is not based upon high-end weapons and mega explosives that you can play with in games like CoD and Battlefield. There have been reports that Tekken 7 will be released soon after the scheduled shutdown of its counterpart, Tekken Revolution. The said shutdown has already been implemented in Europe and is expected to go full circle early next year. This is quite a bummer for players who have been enjoying the free-to-play version of the skilled fighting video game.
However, Bandai Namco is yet to give an official release date of the game for PS4, Xbox, and PC version.
While the Tekken arcade version is the only official game for Tekken 7 in the market, we hope that the Xbox PS4 and PC version is almost as good as the classic games.
We just can’t wait to see Jin, King, and Kazuya back in action! What were your favorite characters from the classic game? Let us know in the comments section below.
